1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WazzCRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. WazzCRM is operated by WazzCRM (registered under Udyam, India).
2. Description of Service
WazzCRM is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that integrates with WhatsApp Business API to help businesses manage customer conversations, contacts, and sales pipelines. The Service is provided via wazzcrm.online.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using WazzCRM, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to use WazzCRM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at wazzcrm@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content without recipient consent
- Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
6. WhatsApp Business API
WazzCRM connects to WhatsApp Business API through Meta's official platform. Your use of WhatsApp messaging features is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and applicable policies. We are not responsible for changes to WhatsApp's availability, features, or pricing.
7. Subscription and Payments
WazzCRM offers paid subscription plans. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST invoice provided). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by WazzCRM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WazzCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at wazzcrm@gmail.com.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
